Our Story

Introducing our esteemed owner, Michael D. Bennett aka Mike B.; a seasoned project manager by profession and a remarkably diverse individual in his pursuits. Beyond the boardroom, he assumes roles as a mentor, dancer, designer, and marketer, and contributes to the dynamic entity known as the Black Man Misunderstood™. Mike B's upbringing, rooted in a God-fearing mother and a praying grandmother, left no room for skipping church. Engaging in church activities kindled his passion for dance, community service, and setting a positive example. This journey led to the creation of the Men of Valor (MOV) mime ministry, evolving into mentorship in his adulthood. Joining Teens2BHeard in Paterson, NJ, further fueled his commitment to advocating for teens, providing a safe space for expression, community service, and self-discovery. Currently residing in the vibrant Tampa Bay Area with his beautiful wife Stephanie, Mike B is now venturing into new and exciting opportunities. Embodied in MB Innovations is a lifelong dream and vision that, perhaps initially unseen, has guided every encounter, lesson learned, and even the trials faced by Mike B. Each experience has shaped and prepared him for the remarkable journey ahead. We here at MB Innovations extend a warm invitation for you to join the ride.
